Working with the office to provide coverage as needed has been seamless. They are not only available but happy to communicate at any time. They are flexible in terms of the care needs, and can expand or contract the care depending on the needs of the client. The case managers are highly trained nurses who are super dedicated to insuring their clients receive what they need, and they go the extra mile. And the caregivers themselves are remarkable; reliable to a fault, well trained dedicated, capable, trustworthy…everything you could possibly want if you need to have someone outside of family coming into your home for very personal interactions with the family member in need. And when I’m out of town, and the peace of mind that I have knowing that SelectCare is there when I cannot be is absolutely priceless.
